How Can We Help?

If your home has sustained damage due to a weather event or other natural disaster:

  • Immediately contact your insurance company to get your claim started. Part of this process will be working with your insurance adjuster to document the damage before you can begin repairs.
  • After your claim has been approved, download RoundPoint’s “Insurance Claim Form” and return it to us with the requested information so we can assist you further.
  • Your mortgage company's name may appear on your insurance claim check, indicating that the lender has a financial interest in the property. Our shared goal is to have your property repaired as soon as possible.
     

 

If your finances have been impacted due to a weather event or other natural disaster:

  • You may have additional assistance options if your area is declared a FEMA disaster area. We will send communications via email and text message about how to apply for these options.
  • To apply for mortgage assistance, login to your online Servicing Digital Account, select “Account Management,” and then “Request Assistance.”
  • USA.gov offers helpful resources to get assistance with utility bills, credit card payments, student debt, and even auto loans after a disaster. Click here to learn more.

Be Prepared


Many natural disasters happen without warning, but there are steps you can take to prepare for the unexpected:
